Our goal is to be steadfast advisers to our clients during all phases of a search. We always strive to exceed client expectations by providing a meaningful choice of candidates and a smooth and thorough process.

1 Profile Creation

Define criteria, design strategy & create custom specifications.

  • We strive to create an ideal candidate profile based on the research conducted during our kick off meetings. This will form the basis of the search and selection stages.
  • The profile should focus on the cultural, technical, and professional aspects of the ideal candidate.
  • In addition, we take the ideal candidate profile and our client’s unique requirements as our starting points, then map the market across geographies, industries, competitors and any suitable internal candidates.
  • This will assist us in identifying appropriate target companies, their organizational structures, key individuals and role profiles.
2 Execution

Implement research, target mapping, network and source.

  • Guided by our research strategy we will use comprehensive methods to identify the most qualified candidates for the position.
  • Each candidate undergoes a homogenous and detailed screening.
  • We will evaluate each candidate based on behavioural and performance-based assessments.
  • We will then test for cultural fit by assessing interpersonal styles, social intelligence, emotional intelligence and cognitive ability.
3 Presentation

Engage, evaluate & execute interviews with prospective candidates. Present qualified prospective candidates to clients.

  • Our mission is to present, within 30 days, at least 5-10 candidates who meet at least 99% of your stated qualifications.
  • We will schedule standing weekly update calls to let our clients know how the search is progressing, solicit feedback, and share any new developments.
4 Offer Stage

We get candidates across the finish line, and we close.

  • We conduct verification and references. Careful attention is given to conducting detailed reference checks with past, direct supervisors and direct reports.
  • To ensure a smooth offer and acceptance process, we prep both sides and extend the offer to help both parties reach fair, successful terms.
