Ashley Estes

Managing partner

Ashley Estes brings over 14 years of executive search experience to our team, specializing across private equity-backed healthcare, healthcare IT, and technology sectors. Prior to founding Olympus Search Partners, Ashley served as a Principal at the Lancer Group, a global retained search firm. For over a decade, she conducted C-level searches for portfolio companies across a variety of verticals, as well as board and operating partner searches for the funds themselves. She started her career with Citigroup as an Analyst.

Fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, and French), Ashley understands the unique challenges faced by PE-backed companies and their executives which has earned her the trust of a wide network of clients and placed candidates.

Ashley graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan. In her spare time, she is an Ironman-distance triathlete, and has 23 marathons under her belt. Her offices are split between the West Coast, New York City and Madrid.
